COMMON QUESTIONS Q: I have submitted before. Do I still need to fill out the customer information? A: Yes, to avoid delays please still fill out the Contact Information. Q: Can I submit multiple tiers on the same time? A: Yes, you can submit multiple tiers at the time, but they will be shipped back to you seperately because they have different turnaround times. Therefore, you will need to use seperate Submission Lists within your submission form. Look at Step 3 on this Submission Form page for more information. Don't see your question answered? Make sure you put your correct address since that is where we will be returning the graded figures to you. Make sure that your phone number and email are correct so we can send you notifications regarding your submission. Choose what Tier you want to submit your figures under. More valuable figures must be submitted under the faster/more expensive Tiers. Check the Tier's value threshold to make sure your figure's value falls under the threshold. The Tiers and Value Thresholds are described on the Pricing and Tier Codes page. Divide your figures into groups based on what Tiers you are submitted them under. If you are submitting your figuers all under the same Tier then you can list them all on one Submission List. If you are submitted your figures under different Tiers you will need to list them on different Submission Lists.
